Transparent Healthcare Services
Visit types are structured to offer more affordable pricing for straightforward concerns, while allowing additional time and depth for more complex needs, in a transparent and equitable manner. All visits are conducted by a physician, except when an ordonnance collective applies, in which case care is provided by a nurse at a lower cost.

* This visit is intended for one clearly defined simple medical concern. If more than one issue is raised, or if the complexity exceeds the scope of this visit, the consultation will be redirected to a Complex Consultation.

* This visit is intended for complex, recurrent, evolving, or diagnostically unclear conditions, or when additional time and follow-up are required. It may also include 2–3 simpler concerns, when clinically appropriate.

- Requests for medical records requiring extensive administrative work orprinting
- Blood tests, cultures, or external laboratory fees
- Nursing or physician procedures (e.g., injections, ear irrigation, cryotherapy)
- A dedicated follow-up visit with the physician for detailed review of results, reassessment, or treatment adjustments is billed as a Simple Consultation (Regular fee: $250, Opening promotion: $125)

No you do not need a referral, at this moment we do not offer speciality services and all our doctors are certified general practitioners. We will add specialities later on.
We offer extended hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate busy schedules. Please call for extended hours (additional fees may apply) or check our website for current hours.
As a private clinic, services are fee-for-service. Some services are covered by private insurance plans or health spending accounts. We provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement. Refuges and student insurances are covered.
We offer same-day and next-day appointments for urgent concerns. Routine appointments are typically available within a few days.
Our nurse on call service is not yet available 24/7, but we're working to expand to around-the-clock availability soon. Currently available during extended business hours for medical questions, triage, and guidance. Of course. If you have a preferred therapist, just let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Your comfort and trust are our priority.
