Structured comprehensive preventive health review by a physician assessing overall health, medical history, risk factors, and screening needs. Includes medical visit, personal/family history review, medication/supplement review, prescriptions for screening tests or bloodwork, and free telephone follow-up for results and recommendations.
No specific exclusions. The medical consultation, and any lab-analysis or pathology fees, are billed separately where applicable. This service does not replace emergency care.
Follow-up care for individuals and families—chronic condition monitoring, pediatrics, results review, and prescription renewals when appropriate. In-person visits with telemedicine available for select concerns when clinically appropriate.
