A focused appointment for one uncomplicated concern from the following list: cold or flu symptoms, an upper respiratory infection, sore throat, sinus symptoms, ear pain, an uncomplicated urinary tract infection in women, or asymptomatic STI screening.
Some eligible concerns may be assessed at a reduced fee by a nurse, subject to availability. If your concern is not included on this list and you have one reason for consultation, book a Medical Consultation. For two or more concerns, book a Comprehensive Medical Consultation.
This appointment is appropriate for one new, recurrent or ongoing medical concern that does not qualify for Minor Urgent Care. It allows for a more complete assessment of your symptoms, medical history, medications and possible care options.
This consultation is limited to one concern. If you would like to discuss two or more separate concerns, book a Comprehensive Medical Consultation so the physician has enough time to address them properly.
This extended appointment is required for two or more separate medical concerns. The additional time allows the physician to review each concern, consider the relevant medical information, answer your questions and discuss the next steps in your care.
The number of concerns that can be addressed depends on their complexity and the time available. This consultation does not replace an annual health review or a specialized medical service.
Call us at 514 307 0111 or use the AI chat feature on our website. We can help guide you based on the nature and number of concerns you would like to discuss.
You may also book the consultation that seems most appropriate. Our team can review the information provided and adjust the visit type, duration or format if needed. We will contact you if the adjustment involves a different fee.
Appointments may be offered in clinic or by telemedicine when appropriate. An in-person visit may be required if a physical examination, sample collection or procedure is needed.
Annual health reviews and specialized services, including ADHD, medical weight management, menopause, andropause and complex dermatology, must be booked separately. Forms, sample collection, testing and procedures are charged separately.
These appointments are not intended for medical emergencies. For severe or potentially life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
