Do I need a referral to see a specialist at your clinic?

No you do not need a referral, at this moment we do not offer speciality services and all our doctors are certified general practitioners. We will add specialities later on.

What are your hours of operation?

We offer extended hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate busy schedules. Please call for extended hours (additional fees may apply) or check our website for current hours.

Do you accept insurance?

As a private clinic, services are fee-for-service. Some services are covered by private insurance plans or health spending accounts. We provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement. Refuges and student insurances are covered.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

We offer same-day and next-day appointments for urgent concerns. Routine appointments are typically available within a few days.

Is the nurse on call service available 24/7?

Our nurse on call service is not yet available 24/7, but we're working to expand to around-the-clock availability soon. Currently available during extended business hours for medical questions, triage, and guidance.
