Physician-supervised structured medical weight management and obesity care program. Initial consultation includes medical consultation, InBody body composition analysis ($50 value), Freestyle Libre 3 installation ($150 value), and blood test requisition if needed. Follow-up includes medical reassessment, InBody analysis ($50 value), and GLP-1 samples ($300-$400+ value / listed as $400+ in FR) including Zepbound, Mounjaro, or Wegovy/Ozempic when appropriate.
No specific exclusions. The medical consultation, and any lab-analysis or pathology fees, are billed separately where applicable. This service does not replace emergency care.
