The assessment includes:
InBody uses bioelectrical impedance analysis to estimate body composition. InGrip is a handgrip dynamometer that measures grip strength.
Choose this appointment when you want your InBody and InGrip measurements reviewed through Bina’s medical-interpretation pathway rather than receiving the measurements alone.
A single assessment may be useful when you want to:
Choose the single measurement for $25 when you want a current body-composition and grip-strength reading without medical interpretation. It does not include a physician consultation, diagnosis, treatment plan or personalized nutrition or exercise program.
Repeated testing may help you observe changes in:
Choose the three-test package for $65 when you want to compare a short series of measurements over time. The package includes three measurement appointments. Medical interpretation is not included unless separately booked. Confirm the package’s validity period, scheduling rules and other conditions before purchase.
This package may be appropriate for people participating in a longer-term:
Choose the twelve-test package for $199 when you expect to monitor body composition and grip strength repeatedly over a longer period. The value of repeated testing comes from reviewing trends rather than focusing too heavily on one reading.
Medical interpretation, physician care and nutrition consultations are not included unless separately booked. Confirm package expiry, scheduling and cancellation conditions with Bina before purchase.

InBody measures fat mass and muscle mass, and InGrip measures grip strength — useful objective markers for weight, fitness and metabolic goals. Single visits and packages are available.
Yes. You can book a single InBody + InGrip (CA$25) or save with x3 (CA$65) or x12 (CA$199) packages to track changes over time.
For the most consistent reading, avoid heavy exercise and large meals just before, stay hydrated, and wear light clothing. Avoid testing right after a workout or shower.
A standalone InBody is a measurement; medical interpretation is included when you book it with a weight-management or medical consultation. Ask the clinic if you'd like a physician review.
