Policy Effecting April 2026
1. Overview
Bina Medical Clinic memberships provide preferred access to select medical and nursing services, bundled credits, and discounts on regular pricing.
Memberships are not insurance and do not replace public healthcare coverage.
2. Term, activation, and billing
- Memberships are valid for 12 months from activation.
- Memberships may be billed monthly (where offered).
3. Credit structure and eligible services
Credits may be used for eligible services according to the clinic’s credit structure.
Medical services credit usage
- 1 credit: Simple consultation (in-person or telemedicine)
- 2 credits: Complex consultation (in-person or telemedicine)
- 3 credits: Consultation with a specialist (medical specialists will be added to the clinic roster soon)
- 3 credits: Annual visit or specialty clinic
Nursing services credit usage
- Nursing services are outlined and detailed in a separate information sheet.
Clinical appropriateness
Services are provided only when clinically appropriate. This credit structure does not replace a full medical assessment.
4. Family sharing
Credits may be shared with immediate family members, with approval of the membership holder.
5. Discounts and promotional pricing
Discounts apply to regular pricing, including medical, nursing, and laboratory services, where applicable.
6. Validity, rollover, and expiry
- Memberships are valid for 12 months.
- Up to 2 unused credits may be carried over to the following year.
- Unused credits expire at term end, except permitted rollover.
7) Online purchase and membership card
If a membership is purchased online, the patient will be contacted by the clinic and will receive their membership card at their first visit to the clinic.
8) Cancellation and adjustments
If the membership is cancelled before the end of the 12-month term, any credits already used will be charged at the regular visit prices in effect at the time of cancellation, and the remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly.
