Glucose monitoring using spot glucometer testing or FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus continuous glucose monitor. Libre 3 Plus sensor worn for 15 days, real-time CGM, no scanning, updates every minute, connects to compatible smartphone or reader. Physician metabolic/obesity consultation can be booked for detailed review; included in weight-management follow-ups.
No specific exclusions. The medical consultation, and any lab-analysis or pathology fees, are billed separately where applicable. This service does not replace emergency care.
Follow-up care for individuals and families—chronic condition monitoring, pediatrics, results review, and prescription renewals when appropriate. In-person visits with telemedicine available for select concerns when clinically appropriate.
