This appointment is for collecting blood for tests already requested by your physician. The team verifies your requisition and any preparation requirements, draws the blood, labels and handles the specimens, and prepares them for transfer to a partner laboratory. Basic instructions after the blood draw are also provided.
Choose this service if you have a valid physician requisition or prescription for bloodwork and want private collection at BinaMD's Brossard clinic. The requested tests must be accepted by the partner laboratory.
Your requisition can come from a physician outside BinaMD. You do not need another Bina consultation solely because another physician ordered the tests; the clinic must still verify the requisition and requested tests.
If you do not have a requisition, arrange a medical assessment first. You may consult your own physician or book a separate Bina medical consultation. A requisition is issued only when clinically appropriate.
This service is for urine testing requested by a physician and accepted through BinaMD's partner-laboratory pathway. Depending on the test, you may need to provide a specimen at the clinic or complete a timed collection, such as a 24-hour urine collection.
The collection method depends on the requested analysis. Confirm the required container, collection instructions and return arrangements with the clinic before starting a timed collection or bringing a specimen.
Choose this service when a physician has ordered a urine analysis and the clinic has confirmed that the requested specimen can be collected or accepted through its laboratory pathway.
If you have symptoms and need a diagnosis or treatment, collection alone does not replace a clinical assessment. Contact the clinic to choose the appropriate consultation.
After collection, specimens are securely handled and transferred to a partner laboratory for analysis. The time needed depends on the tests ordered, and results may not all become available together.
Results are returned according to the prescribing physician's instructions. Receiving a laboratory report is different from having a medical consultation to interpret it, discuss treatment or decide on further investigations.

If another physician ordered your tests, follow their instructions for results review. If you want BinaMD to assess externally ordered results, book a separate medical consultation rather than the results-follow-up option reserved for tests ordered during a previous Bina consultation.
If Bina ordered the tests, follow the care plan and appointment instructions from that consultation. Collecting a specimen here does not, by itself, include a free physician review or qualify you for every follow-up category.
