For a prescribed medication injection, bring the valid prescription and the medication in its original pharmacy packaging if it was dispensed to you. For vaccination, contact Bina before the appointment to confirm whether the vaccine is available through the clinic, whether you must obtain it beforehand and whether a prescription or vaccination record is required.

Book this appointment when you need ear cleaning for suspected or previously identified earwax buildup. Tell Bina before the appointment if you have severe ear pain, drainage, bleeding, a known or suspected eardrum perforation, ear tubes, recent ear surgery or a sudden change in hearing.
Available appointments:
Choose this service for a scheduled dressing change, ongoing care of an existing wound, or removal of sutures or staples after a procedure. This service does not include closing a new wound. New cuts requiring suturing and abscesses requiring drainage belong under Bina’s separate Minor Surgery service.
Bina determines whether the simple or complex wound-care appointment is appropriate based on the information provided, the wound, the required intervention and the time needed.
Screening may examine:
Book this appointment when a brief cognitive screening using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) or Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) has been requested or is appropriate. These tools provide a structured snapshot of selected cognitive abilities.
MMSE and MoCA are screening tools. They do not by themselves diagnose dementia, mild cognitive impairment, a neurological condition or the cause of memory and thinking changes. Performance can be affected by language, education, hearing, vision, fatigue, anxiety, medication, illness and other factors.
