This service is for scheduled nursing care of an existing wound, including dressing changes, or removal of sutures or staples after a procedure.
The clinic determines whether simple or complex wound care is appropriate based on the wound, the care needed and the time required. Follow the care plan and removal instructions provided by the clinician who treated you.

MMSE and MoCA are brief cognitive screening tools used to assess aspects of thinking and memory. These may include orientation, attention, recall, language, following instructions, visual-spatial abilities and executive functions, depending on the tool used.
Screening results need to be interpreted alongside your health history and other clinical information. A screening result alone does not diagnose dementia, mild cognitive impairment or the cause of cognitive changes.
