Bina can assess an individual candidate or discuss a screening program for several candidates. The starting point is the actual work involved: the position’s duties, relevant physical or environmental demands, and the assessment or documentation requested.
Not every candidate needs every test. The proposed assessment should relate to the requirements of the position.

Pricing is quoted individually. Confirm the scope of the assessment and any additional consultation, laboratory, interpretation or form fees before scheduling.
Contact the clinic for instructions on providing documents. Do not assume that a general medical appointment will cover every requirement of your screening program.
If an employer or another organization has asked you to complete a medical assessment or employment form, contact Bina with the instructions you received. The clinic needs to know what has been requested before confirming the appropriate appointment.
Candidates who have been asked to complete a specific pre-employment assessment, test or medical form.
If you were only told that a “medical exam” is required, ask the requesting organization for its written requirements before booking.

Some tests require a valid medical requisition. Bring any requisition issued by your own physician. If something is missing, contact the clinic to confirm the next step; a separate consultation may be needed.
Ask whether the requested tests, signatures and documentation can be completed within your deadline. Appointment and report timing depend on the assessment required.
The components of your screening depend on the position and the request reviewed by the clinic. The following services may form part of an assessment; they are not a standard package required for every candidate.

Audiometry, radiology, functional-capacity testing and other services not confirmed in your assessment must be checked with the clinic before booking.
