The Fertility Max option may be useful when you want to:
Choose the Fertility Max kit when your primary goal is to track the menstrual cycle, identify the fertile window and observe hormone patterns associated with ovulation. Mira Fertility Max wands measure LH, E3G and PdG. Reviewing these three measurements together may help the app identify the days when fertility is expected to be higher and observe whether the hormone pattern following an LH rise is consistent with ovulation. No prescription is required.
Mira does not diagnose infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, thyroid disease or another reproductive condition. This kit is not a pregnancy test. It should not be used as the sole method of determining whether you are pregnant, and it should not be relied upon as a method of contraception or pregnancy prevention.
The Ultra 4 option may be useful when you want to:
Choose the Ultra 4 Perimenopause kit when you want to track four urinary hormone markers and compare those patterns with menstrual changes or symptoms commonly experienced during the menopause transition. Mira Ultra 4 wands measure: FSH, LH, E3G and PdG. The Mira app’s perimenopause experience may also allow you to record symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep changes, mood changes and changes in menstrual bleeding.
Mira’s manufacturer states that the system is intended for hormone monitoring and cycle tracking rather than diagnosis or evaluation of a medical condition. Book a women’s-health consultation when symptoms require clinical assessment, interfere with daily life or raise questions about treatment.
Before buying refill wands, confirm that
Choose the refill option if you already have a compatible Mira monitor and need additional Fertility Max wands for continued cycle and fertility tracking. The wands are single-use and should be stored and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
The refill package does not include a new Mira monitor. It is not a replacement package for Ultra 4 Perimenopause wands and does not add FSH measurement to the Fertility Max system. Medical interpretation, fertility assessment and physician consultation are not included.
Follow the instructions supplied with the exact wand. The general process involves:
Do not reuse a wand. Do not combine instructions from different Mira wand types, and do not insert a wet or contaminated component into the monitor contrary to the product directions. If the app displays an error, the result does not synchronize or the reading appears inconsistent, follow Mira’s troubleshooting instructions. Repeating tests more frequently than directed may consume wands without making the trend easier to interpret.
