Two-visit women's hormonal health consultation covering perimenopause and menopause management.
Hormonotherapy
Compatable with Telemedicine
A physician-led, specialized consultation focused on women’s hormonal health, including evaluation and management of symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause. The goal is to understand the full clinical picture (hormones, lifestyle, sleep, stress, medical history), confirm what’s most likely driving symptoms, and create a safe, individualized treatment plan.
Two medical visits: initial assessment + bloodwork results review
Comprehensive symptom and medical history evaluation
Hormonal workup and other tests when clinically indicated
Personalized treatment plan and prescription when indicated
Initial bio-identical hormone samples to start when clinically appropriate (as you described)
Available in person or via telemedicine when appropriate
IMPORTANT, Our clinic is not intended for emergency use. If you are experiencing severe symptoms (for example: chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, sudden weakness/numbness, loss of consciousness, or any symptoms you believe may be life-threatening), call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Perimenopause or menopause symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption)
Mood changes, anxiety, irritability, or “brain fog” in midlife
Vaginal dryness, discomfort, lowered libido, or sexual health changes
Cycle changes (irregular, heavier/lighter, skipped periods) in perimenopause
You want a medically grounded plan (not trial-and-error) with appropriate monitoring
Preperation
Bring a list of medications and supplements (including any hormones previously used)
If you have recent bloodwork or imaging results, bring/share them
Track key symptoms for 2–4 weeks if possible (sleep, hot flashes, mood, cycle changes)
Note relevant history: migraines with aura, blood clots, smoking/vaping, breast/uterine history, and family history (important for safety)
Safety and Limitations
Treatment depends on your medical history and risk profile; not everyone is a candidate for hormone therapy
Hormone therapy requires appropriate follow-up and monitoring if prescribed
Telemedicine may be limited if physical exam, vitals, or in-clinic assessment is needed
This service is not for emergencies; severe symptoms (chest pain, severe shortness of breath, sudden neurological symptoms, heavy bleeding, etc.) require urgent care
Telemedicine is Available Québec-wide!
