Two-visit program evaluating low testosterone symptoms with hormonal workup and treatment plan.
Andropause
Compatable with Telemedicine
A physician-led, specialized consultation focused on male hormonal health, including assessment for symptoms that may be associated with andropause and testosterone deficiency. The goal is to confirm what’s actually driving symptoms, identify contributing factors, and create a safe, individualized plan.
Two medical visits: initial assessment + results review (as your package states)
Detailed symptom and medical history review (energy, libido, mood, body composition)
Targeted hormonal workup when clinically indicated
Discussion of options and personalized treatment plan when indicated (may include lifestyle, medical management, or monitoring)
In-person or telemedicine when appropriate
IMPORTANT, Our clinic is not intended for emergency use. If you are experiencing severe symptoms (for example: chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, sudden weakness/numbness, loss of consciousness, or any symptoms you believe may be life-threatening), call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Changes in strength, muscle mass, or increased abdominal fat
Sleep disruption (including possible sleep apnea symptoms)
You want a medically grounded evaluation before considering any hormone therapy
Preperation
Bring a list of current medications/supplements (and prior hormone use if any)
If you have recent labs, bring them (or upload in advance)
Note symptom timeline: when it started, what improves/worsens it, sleep quality, stress, alcohol, training
Avoid starting new supplements “for testosterone” in the week before, unless prescribed (so results remain interpretable)
Safety and Limitations
Not all symptoms are hormonal; treatment depends on clinical findings and lab results
Testosterone therapy is not appropriate for everyone and may require ongoing monitoring if prescribed
Telemedicine may be limited if a physical exam is needed
This service does not replace emergency care; urgent symptoms (chest pain, severe shortness of breath, severe depression symptoms, etc.) require immediate medical evaluation
Telemedicine is Available Québec-wide!
