ADHD
Compatable with Telemedicine
A structured adult ADHD clinical assessment conducted by an experienced family physician. It includes clinical history, validated questionnaires, and a diagnostic discussion. It does not replace a full neuropsychological assessment, but it can provide a clear medical pathway and treatment plan when appropriate.
Two medical visits: initial assessment + results review
Clinical interview and ADHD-focused questionnaires
Review of functional impact (work, relationships, school history) and symptom patterns over time
Discussion of probable diagnosis and differential considerations
Personalized treatment plan when indicated (may include behavioral strategies, coaching recommendations, and/or medication management where appropriate)
In-person or telemedicine when appropriate
Transparent pricing (“no hidden fees,” as you stated)
IMPORTANT, Our clinic is not intended for emergency use. If you are experiencing severe symptoms (for example: chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, sudden weakness/numbness, loss of consciousness, or any symptoms you believe may be life-threatening), call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Follow-up care for individuals and families—chronic condition monitoring, pediatrics, results review, and prescription renewals when appropriate. In-person visits with telemedicine available for select concerns when clinically appropriate.
