Anyone on the South Shore or in Greater Montréal who needs to see a doctor without a family physician or referral — for a minor emergency, a medical concern, a sick-leave note, or a CNESST/SAAQ form.
In-person medical consultation with a physician at the clinic for complete evaluation, physical examination when required, and personalized management.
No specific exclusions. The medical consultation, and any lab-analysis or pathology fees, are billed separately where applicable. This service does not replace emergency care.
Follow-up care for individuals and families—chronic condition monitoring, pediatrics, results review, and prescription renewals when appropriate. In-person visits with telemedicine available for select concerns when clinically appropriate.
