No. In Québec, dietitian and nutritionist refer to the same regulated profession. Both titles are reserved for professionals who are members of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ).

It can involve medical assessment, body- composition monitoring, bloodwork, glucose monitoring, and prescription treatment when appropriate. Some patients may benefit from nutrition care, medical weight management, or both, depending on their goals and healthcare needs.
Nutrition care is individualized. The initial consultation includes a review of your situation and goals, followed by a personalized action plan and practical recommendations that fit your needs and lifestyle. If a more structured meal plan would be useful for your goals, you can discuss that with Mitra during your consultation.
